1. Cut plaster along edge of stud – BBNBNV1 705mm H x 405mm W

2. Knock out cable entry holes in desired location and remove wall plates.

3. Feed cables into enclosure – keeping the power cable to the far right in the segregated power location.

4. You may need to install a top and bottom noggin to securely fix enclosure inside wall cavity.

5. Screw through the enclosure sides/top/bottom into studs, or where required.

6. Install frame kit, to cover the cut out. The frame kit slides over from the front and can be secured if required by the following ways

a) Slightly kink the internal side of the frame with pliers

b) Screw through the enclosure into the frame

c) Stick back with a construction adhesive or adhesive sealant

7. Connect power point and earth wire (located behind power point) ENCLOSURE MUST BE EARTHED and all power connections shall be done by a licenced electrician ONLY.

8. Connect phone and data connections.

9. Mount NBN Co hardware in labelled locations only.
